I purchased this band as my wedding band and LOVE it. It is gorgeous and super sparkly, and goes great with my three stone engagement ring. The problem is, the band is super thin and hollow on the inside (that band on the middle is not on mine) and it has started to crack after only wearing it for 5 months :( Since DazzlingRock does not offer warranties or insurance, I am going to eventually need to purchase a new ring and I will probably just go with a local jeweler that I can buy an insurance plan with. I am really disappointed by this because I love the ring so much and when I get a new one it is just not going to look as perfect as this.

I called contact number and left a message with a couple questions as I was trying to decide (1) if I should order from this company and (2) if I should order the 5-5.5mm necklace or the 6.5-7mm necklace. I received a call back within 30 mins and explained that I wanted a smaller pearl necklace that was more white than cream with good luster and a sturdy clasp. I had all of my questions answered and the 6.5-7mm necklace was recommended (which was the least expensive of the 2), was also educated on when he will be traveling to handpick pearls from the 2013 harvest if I chose to wait until they had more in stock. After hanging up I received a call back because he wanted to give me a promo code for 10% off (thank you, I'm grateful for the extra savings). I ordered my necklace with 2day shipping, received on time, wonderfully packaged (amazon brown box with air pocket bags, white cardboard box with Thank you and HinsonGayle label inside was white gift box wrapped in tissue, in gift box was a lovely blue velvet necklace box, blue velvet storage bag, pearl care card and coupons for 10% off additional purchases). The pearls are a beautiful ivory color, with good luster and the clasp is easy to open and close, sturdy and secure. The pearls were close and tightly knotted so it did take a little working and wearing to get them to hang well. I originally was a little disappointed that the necklace was 18in as my other pearls are 16in and I love that they are at my collarbone but since these pearls are a little bigger in size the 18in is actually very flattering. I will definately order from HinsonGayle again. I have already told my husband that I need earrings to go with my new necklace and I am hoping that the 2013 harvest brings some 6mm lavendar pearls!

My husband puchased this beautiful crucifix for me and I never take it off. There isn't a photo of the back which is completely covered in an ornate scroll design, it's gorgeous.
