My husband puchased this beautiful crucifix for me and I never take it off. There isn't a photo of the back which is completely covered in an ornate scroll design, it's gorgeous. It doesn't have 4 holes that the photo shows at the end of each of the 4 ends. Rather, the design at each end is a beautiful open border design. It rides very well and as a petite woman, I feel the size is lovely. It let's you know it's there, and is a perfect prayer reminder. I suggest you consider marketing it for women as well as men.
