Product Description

The Adam Equipment CBC 35a counting scale has a capacity of 16kg and an accuracy of 0.5g (also called readability), and a stainless steel weighing pan that is corrosion resistant and easy to clean. The scale can be operated using AC power or the built-in rechargeable battery, for up to 90 hours, offering full mobility in the field and when a power supply is hard to find. The auto off function can be enabled to power off the scale automatically after periods of inactivity to conserve power. The scale has an automatic external calibration function to ensure repeatable measurements. The integrated RS-232 port connects to a printer or PC for manual or automatic data recording with text in English, French, German, or Spanish.

This scale weighs in kilograms and pounds, and has a backlit liquid crystal screen that clearly displays weight, unit weight, and piece count. The scale performs weighing, check-weighing, parts-counting, and percentage-weighing tasks. During parts-counting or check-weighing tasks, a guide on the screen and an optional audible alarm notifies the user if the load is under, over, or at the pre-set target. The scale calculates weight or piece-count totals to streamline multi-step tasks. Adjustable nonslip feet provide level measurements and stability, so the scale will not tip under eccentric loads.

Easy to read backlit display which comes on automatically when you place something on the scale or remove something from it. It comes with a rechargeable 12v sealed lead acid battery already installed which charges whenever the unit is plugged into an AC outlet. And the AC adapter seems to be of unusually high quality. Seems to be very accurate. The stainless steel top can be removed to reveal a plastic weighing surface if you so choose. It also has adjustable feet to level the machine and sight bubble to verify and monitor level. The power switch is on the right side on the bottom edge and is angled so it is easy to reach but can't be bumped accidentally. I would totally buy again (although I hope I don't need to anytime soon!)

M-Clip Money Clip Stainless Steel Black Carbon Fiber Money Clip Review

It is well made, and nicely finished, but lacks a few design features that would make it more workable.

Firstly, to get it to grip 8 folded bills properly, you have to included 5 - 8 Credit Cards to the mix. I think this is just plain dumb, carrying all my cash and credit in one device (if I loose it I'm hooped). Not to mention that when you open the jaws while caring bills and credit cards, you have.... a nice stack of bills and 8 loose credit cards to fumble with.

If you don't carry credit cards and cash together, its way too wide to carry say ten folded bills. The spring is too week for only a few bills and the rubber pads are only about 1/3 of its length and don't extend right to the end or sides and leave a thin ridge of Stainless steel to grab the bills. If you carry about 50 extra bills, it makes up for the lack of credit cards, and the grip is good (not excellent)

Make one that is thinner, (for bills only) and has a full length of rubber on each inner jaw.

The weight is perfect and slips to the bottom of your pocket.
