I was very excited at the prospect of getting a replacement pair of Tahitian pearls for some that I lost a few years back. The description states that these pearls are AAA quality, meaning they are the best of the best in the pearl world. AAA quality is hard to find and when you do find it, the price is at least 4 times the $119.99 that these are listed at. So I thought I had the bargain of the century! NOPE! The pearls are mostly round, which is nice, but one did not have a good luster and the butterfly clasp on the back of one of the earrings would not secure tightly enough to hold the large pearl on my ear. Those issues aside, it is impossible for me to overlook the massive pit in one of the earrings that was accompanied by two smaller pits and the other pearl had five small pits in it. Nowhere near the quality that was claimed by the seller. Amazon, you should reconsider selling for this merchant, as they could tarnish your reputation!

Now, all that being said, if you are looking for a decent quality pearl earring, aren't married to the idea of getting AAA pearls, don't want to spend a lot of money, and aren't a perfectionist that will overly critique anything that you receive, then these earrings are a good buy. The color is less dimensional than about 90% of Tahitians out there, but it is a nice grey-ish black that will work with most any outfit.

My husband surprised me with this Acorn pendant as an early Christmas gift.
The photo pales in comparison to holding it in the palm of your hand for the very first time.

The Citrine color is a deep yet rich hue of gold and the delicate spray of diamonds accenting the front of the acorn really makes this pendant stand out against a dark colored turtleneck sweater.

The gold chain that comes with the pendant is a bit too delicate for my taste so I will be replacing it with a stronger gold chain. Otherwise this is a real beauty and anyone getting this as a gift is sure to love it!
