Customer Service was exceptional! I love the ring and get many compliments! The only reason why I'm giving it a 4... would like to give it a 4 3/4s... is because it gets dirty underneath and is a bit difficult to clean. Theirs little fuzz pieces stuck to the under side which makes it less shiny and requires cleaning. BUT IT IS A TRULY BEAUTIFUL AND DAZZLING RING!
