I just received this pendant.The pendant part was STUNNING.....however the chain came all mangled up and tangled..it is so thin that I can't even untangle it.
Why does this beautiful piece come with such a cheapy chain.
I do not want to return it....however would appreciate an expedited thicker more sturdy chain.
