If you have been using a dremel tool a lot, this is the next step up, possibly the nighest step in rotary tools. Well made tool and should hold up as long as you lubricate the flex shaft as required. I bought the 1/6 Hp and can't imagine needing the higher hp model for my use. I make knifes so use it on both steel and handle materials.
