The little mustard seed is encased in a tiny glass ball and moves freely about within it. The price is reasonable, but my only complaint is that the gold chain provided with it is very thin and had a very tiny clasp, so I immediately switched it to another gold chain I had. Otherwise, this is a very pretty necklace and would be a great gift for a child or adult.
