Joined to it, curving the other direction, a sparkling snake of 10 black diamonds twines behind the gold. And echoing the white gold curve, a swoosh of eight white diamonds. Each of the 36 gems is individually prong-set. The diamonds are all rated I-J for color and I3 for clarity, together they weigh a total .25 carat. Their post-and-friction back closure lets them swing and catch the light.
